Commission
Have an idea in mind?
Looking for a one-of-a-kind Woeste Wortel artwork made especially for you?
You can commission an original piece based on one of my existing styles or visual approaches. This could be inspired by a photograph of yourself, someone you love, a memory, an object, an idea, or simply something you would love to see interpreted through my artistic world.
Every commission is unique. Together we can discuss the size, materials, format and overall direction of the work. The final price will depend on the dimensions, materials and estimated time needed to create the piece.
How it works
-
01
Tell me your idea
Contact me through the contact form and share your idea, your questions, reference images, or anything else that helps me understand what you have in mind.
-
02
Talk it through
If needed we can arrange a Microsoft Teams meeting to get to know each other, talk through the idea and find the right direction for the artwork.
-
03
Quotation and deposit
Once we agree on the concept, size, materials and price, I prepare a personal quotation. After the deposit has been received, I begin creating your artwork.
-
04
The work develops
Throughout the process I like to keep enough artistic freedom to let the piece develop naturally. That keeps the work honest, expressive and true to my artistic language.
-
05
Approval and delivery
Before the artwork is finished I show you the result, and there is room for final feedback. Once everything is approved, the remaining balance can be paid and the work is carefully prepared and shipped to you.
Each commission is more than just a custom artwork. It becomes something we create together: your story, idea or memory interpreted through my world, finished with a personal message from me to you.
